  • When will I receive my items?
    Orders will be shipped by standard local delivery and will take up to 3-5 days once shipped. Delivery is free for orders above S$60 nett. For orders below S$60, a flat delivery fee of S$8 applies. Please note that we are unable to deliver to remote areas, such as Changi Airport offices or Airport Logistics Park.
  • When will my items be delivered?
    We understand that you are excited to receive your pet supplies as soon as possible. The delivery time of your items depends on their availability. If the items are in stock, you can expect them to be delivered within 1-3 business days. However, if the items are out of stock or on pre-order, the delivery time may take longer, up to 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your items, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to assist you and provide you with any information you need.
  • Do you ship outside of Singapore?
    We currently offer delivery within Singapore and to Malaysia, specifically starting with Selangor and the Federal Territory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are constantly exploring options for expanding our shipping capabilities, so please stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, we hope that our Singapore and Malaysia based customers will continue to enjoy our high-quality pet supplies and exceptional customer service. Thank you for your understanding and support. Please note that we are not liable for any import taxes, duties, additional charges, delays, and/or losses once the package is handed over to our courier partner. For more information on taxes and prohibited or restricted items, please consult your local authorities. If you are not located in Singapore or Malaysia, kindly refrain from making a purchase through our website. Additionally, any transaction fees imposed by your credit card or bank will not be refunded if we need to cancel your order.
  • Can I exchange my items?
    We understand that sometimes products may not be suitable or fit as expected, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Incorrect or Damaged Item If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will arrange for an exchange. Kindly email us at hello@theoandcoops within 3 days of receipt of the item, with your order number and picture(s) of the item. Please note that items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return due to Other Reasons To request for an exchange, please email us at hello@theoandcoops with your order number and reason for your exchange. Kindly note that exchanges will be at your own cost and must be done with 7 days from the date of the receipt of the item. The items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Note: - We are unable to process any exchanges for pre-ordered items, items purchased on clearance and items purchased with discount codes. - Exchanges are subject to product availability.
